These are two we have completed in the program. The images to the left show the number of images and the number of views. We added the date uploaded to Google to demonstrate how popular Google Virtual […]

360° Interactive Virtual Tours for Commercial Real Estate

This is especially true of commercial real estate where the procedure is more complex and the negotiations more precise than the sale of residential homes. 360° onteractive virtual tours for commercial real estate are changing the way properties are exposed and improving […]

Over the past few weeks I have been having a lot of fun going to toy stores, Snapdoodle toy stores to be more specific. Columbia Athletic Club at Pine Lake Virtual Tour

It seems to be health club photography time for me. On February 1st I did the photo shoot of the Columbia Athletic Club at Pine Lake in Sammamish, WA. It was somewhat challenging in that the club was open for business at the time. Of course, we planned it during a time period in which there were not many members around and I had the club manager on hand to run interference for me. Unfortunately, it was a rainy day, so I will be going back to add the exterior images to the tour. If you have been following the […]

Coal Creek Family YMCA Virtual Tour

I had a great New Year’s Eve with a large photoshoot at the Coal Creek Family YMCA in Newcastle, WA. The facility is over 49,000 square feet on two floors which opened in 2009. One of the challenges of doing the photoshoot was finding a time that no one would be around. If there are people in the shot, we either need to get written permission from them or blur their faces. It is much easier to find a time when no one is around and New Year’s Eve was perfect. The Club closed at 1 PM and I was […]
