A Good Week for Residential Virtual Tours
May 14, 2020How to Prepare Your Property for a Virtual Tour Photoshoot?
September 7, 2020Last week we were busy doing a couple of large office space virtual tours. One, a custom virtual tour for a 36,000 square foot sublease in a Class A office building.
The other, for a new 20,000 sf Flexable Workspace location for Office Evovlution in Bellevue, WA was a Google tour. You can see it here.
What is the difference in a Google vs a Custom tour. Google tours are for ongoing businesses looking to optimize their Google My Business listing so that they can gain better exposure online. Had the tenant still been in the space that was for sublease, a Google tour would have been a good choice. Since there is no tenant occupying the space, a custom virtual tour is appropriate. In addition it is much easier to use the custom tours to market properties for lease or sale. There is a lot more flexability in a custom tour. For this one we added a zoomable floor plan with hotspots to take you to whatever area you want to see.
Have a look around. Click the Floor Plan flag to hide the floor plan and the three dot icon in the control bar to hide the thumbnails.
Best yet, view it in full screen by clicking on the “Enter Fullscreen” icon on the control bar. Click Esc to return to this page.
